Recover the last of every product.

Huna is a low-cost removable liner that lets personal care and chemical brands empty the package completely - no reformulation, no new molds, no changes to the line. The insert drops into the formats you already fill, and the shopper never notices a difference.

The technology

A low-cost liner that finishes the job the package can't.

Conventional jars, bottles, and tubes strand a meaningful share of product against their walls. Huna is a thin removable liner that collapses as the product is used, so what you filled is what gets used.

A separate insert, nothing else

Huna is a standalone liner that sits inside the container. It is the only new part, so it can be sourced and validated on its own.

No changes to packaging or lines

It fits existing jar, bottle, and tube formats and is added during normal filling. No new molds, no reformulation, no capital retooling.

Standard consumer experience

Look, feel, and dispensing stay the same on shelf and in hand. The liner does its work out of sight as the product empties.

Less waste, lower cost per use

Recovering the product that normally clings to the walls means brands sell what they make and customers waste less of what they buy.

Proof of concept

Proven with a Florida cosmetic brand.

Huna has completed a proof of concept with a cosmetic brand in Florida. The work confirmed the mechanics of filling the liner inside standard packaging while keeping the consumer experience unchanged.

  • Filling mechanics confirmed on a working production setup, not a lab bench.
  • Standard consumer experience maintained end to end - on shelf and in use.
  • Run with a cosmetic brand based in Florida.
  • Status

Mechanics validated. Now in active discussion with personal care and chemical companies on integration and licensing.

Why it scales

Because Huna adds a single insert and changes nothing else, a brand can pilot it on one SKU and expand across a portfolio without touching capital equipment. The same liner approach applies across personal care, cosmetics, and chemical formats.

Licensing & manufacturing

Built to license through the packaging supply chain.

The liner is designed to be produced and distributed by established packaging companies, so brands adopt it through partners they already work with.
